Greetings Fellow Bloggers! I know it’s been a while since my last post…..over a year to be exact. Life happens and I had to take a break to focus on some things BUT during that time I never stopped loving, participating in, and being an advocate for fitness. I’m back and more focused than ever and ready to share my fitness journey with you guys. As you all know my goals are to build lean muscle. I’m actually a lot more consistent in my workouts, I push myself harder than ever before, and I’m more knowledgeable and it’s definitely starting to show in my physique.
