Let’s start off with a little about me shall we!
Well I am a 30 something year old female that fell in love with fitness since participating in an assigned weight lifting class in high school (it was required since I played basketball). I realized that I took a strong liking to lifting weights and fell in love with the way it made me feel and the way it made my body change. I became bigger, faster, and stronger and it was so amazing! I continued weight lifting throughout college and became more interested in the knowledge surrounding not only weightlifting/bodybuilding but health and fitness altogether. I began engulfing myself in fitness magazines, websites, blogs, videos, and books around health and fitness. I wanted to know the healthiest way to reach and maintain my fitness goals and health. With that being said I proudly proclaim that I am a self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast and self taught personal trainer. Anything that I submit on this blog has been researched thoroughly and in some cases tested by me personally. Will I one day become a certified personal trainer? Maybe, but it’s not a high priority on my list as I am very confident in my knowledge and abilities. The main purpose of this blog is to share my knowledge with others as well as my bodybuilding journey. Although bodybuilding is my focus, it’s not necessarily the focus of this blog. We cover health and fitness in its entirety so don’t be thrown off by the name of the blog. I am very dedicated to this blog and will try and respond to and answer any question you may have. I don’t claim to know all the answers but I can more than likely find out.
